i wasn't afk and i was in city fighting a person and when i respawned one of my eldrick tokens just disappeared. i had 2 tokens both from opening the master kit that is worth 30,000 jp.

I spoke with the staff member who took it from you, and he revealed it was accidentally duped by him.

You get to keep the first ever Eldrick token on Mars though.
