Hi,

Kill stats only do not increase if you kill a certain player more than a few times per day

If you kill player A 3 times today, then the 4th kill will not go towards your stats. However this also applies to deaths.

Is this the case or are you not getting the stat boost after killing other players?

Can you give any details on what you did for this to happen? If a team is disbanded before ending a rivalry, the rivalry would still keep running. Same thing with merchants & etc.

Unless you disbanded your team or the files corrupted then it's very unlikely your team disappeared just so. 

I spoke with the staff member who took it from you, and he revealed it was accidentally duped by him.

You get to keep the first ever Eldrick token on Mars though.
